Timothy Chamberlain PT, MHSc, MTC
Tim is owner and director of Chamberlain Physical Therapy. He studied undergraduate biology at Mount Union College (Go Purple Raiders!) and attended the State University of New York at Brooklyn where he received his Physical Therapy degree in 1994. Tim continued with post graduate education at The University of St. Augustine, earning manual therapy certification (MTC) in 1999 and a Master of Health Science degree (MHSc) in 2005. Tim put his knowledge to work as an instructor for The Touro College of Manhattan Physical Therapy program, teaching joint mobilization of the extremities from 1997 through 2002. Tim's skills allow him to treat all sports and orthopedic injuries including temporomandibular joint injuries with experienced manual techniques, therapeutic physical training and kinesio taping techniques. Elizabeth Weiss, PT, FOC, CFMT Liz has been practicing Physical Therapy (PT) since 1998, graduating from the State University of New York,Brooklyn, with a Bachelors of Science. She has worked in a variety of settings at both Lutheran Hospital in Brooklyn,and more recently at Saint Francis Hospital in Poughkeepsie. Her main focus has been outpatient orthopedic and neurological patient care.Over the year prior to joining Chamberlain PT, Liz was the Senior therapist at St. Francis’ Coordinated Outpatient Rehabilitation Services department,where she treated a wide variety of neurological conditions in conjunction with occupational and speech therapists. Liz has continued her education through the Institute of Physical Art, becoming a Functional Orthopedic Certified therapist in the summer of 2005. With these skills she is able to treat the patient through a systematic approach that pairs manual (hands-on) techniques with neuro-reeducation and body mechanics training. Liz has also studied and taught tai-chi extensively since 1992, and incorporates these techniques into her practice, especially in the area of balance training. Liz is certified as a functional manual physical therapist, CFMT by The Institute of Physical Art. Robert J. D'Aiello, PT, DPT, MTC, cert. MDT
Rob earned a B.S. in biology in 1994 from East Stroudsburg University, and then worked as a microbiologist for a pharmaceutical company beforereturning to physical therapy school at New York Medical College. Rob earned his masters while training at the Manhatten Veterans hospitaland various outpatient facilities. Rob has a broad base of experience, which includes outpatient/ sports rehabilitation, orthopedic physical therapy,as well as working in a geriatric rehab setting. He has helped people over come major life changes such as strokes and amputations.Rob's very active life style which includes biking, weight training, and hiking enables him to appreciate how important physical activitity is for everyone. Additionally, Rob has earned his creditaling through the Mckenzie Institute in the mechanical diagnosis and treatment of the spine. Rob has completed his DPT degree and MTC (manual therapy certification) in manual physical therapy through the University of St. Augustine in 2010.Ashley Hocutt PT, DPT
Ashley began her education at The University of Florida earning a BS in Fitness and Wellness in 2005. She attended Physical Therapy School at Columbia in NYC and was awarded a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (DPT) in 2008. She currently treats primarily orthopedic injuries and is working toward a Manual Therapy Certification.
Lori McGrath and Penny Horton
Lori is a longtime Pawling resident, with extensive experience in physical therapy office management. She worked with Nick Daddona until his retirement, and now we are lucky enough to have her working with us. Lori is very knowledgable about insurance company information, and is exceedingly adept at all aspects of office management.
Penny is a longtime resident of Dover Plains, NY and has been working at Chamberlain Physical Therapy since January of 2005 and is exceedingly organized and efficient. Feel free to call with any questions! |
